PRICES, SHIPPING, AVAILABILITY
To proceed with payment, the client has the following options available:
Visa/Mastercard/American Express: The user must provide the cardholder’s name, the card number, the expiration date, and the CVV. All information will be processed through an external payment gateway Stripe, for more information, visit https://stripe.com/es
Bank transfer or deposit or Bizum: The client may pay through their bank by direct consultation. Cash, only if the above methods are not possible.
In the case of hiring the professional services of online consultancy, the client must fill out a form offered by Manuel Salvador Muñoz, which will be sent to the email provided by the client. Once the form with the hiring request is received, payment will be made through transfer or Bizum and with the payment document and budget that will be sent to the email provided by the client. No client will be served without having previously made the payment for the contracted session.
Manuel Salvador Muñoz may send questions and comments if necessary to better serve the client, through the channel chosen by the client, WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
REMOTE DESIGN AND INTERIOR DESIGN PROTOCOL
In the process of carrying out design and interior design work, the professional carries out their advisory and planning services remotely via the internet.
The client will be informed and will give their consent to the processing of their personal data through the following means:
Filling out an online questionnaire sent to the client’s email with the information text about the processing of their data by the professional when the client does not have a printer. Sending by email a physical questionnaire with the informative text about the protection of their personal data for the client to print and return signed by scanning or a photo. This will be the preferred method. Platforms that ensure the protection of client data must be used. The platforms that will be used are: Google Meet for businesses through an application that the client downloads on an electronic device. This platform has a security protocol and is included in the Privacy Shield (international protection shield) to protect online sessions of clients with the professional.
Whenever possible, according to the client’s resources and knowledge, other platforms such as WhatsApp video will be avoided, and if necessary, the client will be informed of the low reliability of these platforms.
These platforms will only be used to conduct technical advisory and review video conferences, they will not be used to send documents or to chat with the professional. For this, email will be used. The professional undertakes to carry out these video conferences from her workstation, where personal data and project history are protected according to the Data Protection Regulation. And sessions will not be captured or recorded without the client’s consent.
CONDITIONS OF TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY IN THE OFFICE
The client will have guaranteed delivery times for documentation approximately between 3 and 6 weeks from the first meeting. The interior designer has the legal and training endorsement of the professional association of Interior Designers and is continuously training. It is possible to cancel and reschedule meetings, but it is requested that they be done as soon as possible out of respect for the professional’s time. The professional reserves the right to add a 10% supplement in the case of substantial changes by the client that considerably alter the project. Payments for projects will be made 50% during the first (initial) delivery and 50% remaining in the final delivery. The client can stay in touch with the professional by email or WhatsApp throughout their consultancy process, although at times it may not be possible to answer calls immediately, a response will always be received. The interior designer professional will only carry out technical and documentary advisory work and will never participate in construction management tasks or follow-up unless there is an exception.
